FLOU is examining how to improve the traffic conditions of Helsinki West Harbour and Tallinn Old Harbour by influencing peoples’ travel mode choices. The pilot is a part of FinEst Smart Mobility project which aims at improving the traffic systems of the harbours to better match the current and future passenger volumes.
